Seaglass

New York’s newest (and prettiest?) attraction is Seaglass, an aquatic carousel honoring the fact that the area was the home of the first New York Aquarium (it closed in 1941). It’s in Battery Park, worth the trip and the $5 ticket.

The grounds are gorgeous.

Even the signage is pretty.

A group of moms broke up and had different spots in line so their kids could go again and again without having to go to the back of the line, which I thought was a genius move.

Skeptical.

Assume comfort pose.

Overheated and still unsure…

It’s probably best for the over 2 set.

And, it’s open till 10pm; I’m sure it’s even more stunning at night. Check it out!
