My “Mother-in-Law’s” Meatballs
My husband and I love a good meatball. Does that sound weird? Anyway, if they’re on the menu, we’re most likely ordering them. But I’ve never attempted to make them at home until my mother-in-law came across a recipe and raved so I thought I’d give it a go. They.were.delicious.
I used whole wheat bread crumbs instead of regular and picked up our favorite jarred sauce, Rao’s, instead of making my own to save on time.

Swaps: Whole wheat bread crumbs, store bought sauce.
Suggestions: Try Rao’s sauce- the best! If you’re limiting the carbs, pair with a large kale salad. Make extra and freeze.
